Steps

Boil meat and stock fish with onion,maggi,Salt, till is soft.

Boil cocoyam till is soft.bring down from fire allow to cool down then peel the back and blend.

Add more water to the meat enough for soup.allow to boil for 15minutes.

Add blended cocoyam allow to boil for 20mins.then add pepper,Salt,Maggi,crayfish and ogiri.

Cover the pot allow to boil for 30mins add little water if is too thick.
- 6
Then wash the bitter leaf with hot water and add the bitter leaf and stir.bring down after 3mins
