  • 3 cupsrice
  • 3small tomatoes
  • 2medium onion
  • 200 gmix vegetables
  • 5table spoons oil
  • 2 cubeschicken stock
  • 1 tspsalt

    Fry onion until brown

  2. 2

    Put the tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add 1 liter of boiled water

  4. 4

    Add your washed rice

  5. 5

    Add mix vegetables

  6. 6

    Serve with greeled chicken and green salad
