In a mixer jar add boiled rice, sugar and saffron. Make a fine and smooth paste of rice. Add milk in it if it requires.

In a pan add ghee and fry dryfruits till it starts getting aromatic.

Once dryfruits fried well, add rice paste. And saute it for a minute.

Add sugar and milk in it. Use milk as per your requirement. Mix it well with rice.

Once it starts to boil, add nutmeg powder, ilaichi powder and keep it boiling for few more minute. Stir it continuously so that rice wont get stick to bottom

Once it cold serve it as dessert.
