Grind the beef using a meat grinder.

Grind the onion and mint together with the bulgur (the bulgur should be washed but not soaked).

Mix the beef with the bulgur mixture, add the spices, olive oil, and a little water, and knead until a dough forms.

Spread the mixture on a plate, garnish with mint leaves, and serve.
