Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 1/2 cupmashed potatoes
  2. 1 tbspbutter
  3. 1/2 tbspsalt
  4. 1 tsppowdered broth (I used mushroom)
  5. Black pepper according to your preference
  6. 1/2 cuppeas (frozen or canned)
  7. 50 grcorned beef
  8. 2eggs
  9. Parsley flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except parsley flakes.

  2. 2

    Pour into a casserole dish.

  3. 3

    Top with parsley flakes. Bake about 30 minutes in 175 Celcius degrees.
