Ingredients

  1. mixed seeds-2 bowl viga huwa
  2. Onion-2
  3. tomatoes-2
  4. Garlic ginger paste-1spoon
  5. spoonjira dhaniya powder-1
  6. elaichi -2
  7. tej patta -2
  8. spoonchana or chhole masala -1
  9. leafsalt,turmeric,oil,chopped coriander
  10. spoonjeera,methi,ajwain -1

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sabse pahle viga huwa savi gedagudiyo ko thoda pani namak,haldi aur tej patta dalke kukar me 2,3 siti paka lijiye.

    Ab ek kadahi garam karke oil dale.

    Garam oil me jeera methi ajwain daliye.

    Kux der bad chopped onion dalke Brown hone tak vuniye.

  5. 5

    Ab garlic ginger paste dalke vuniye.fir jeera dhanita powder dalke vuniye.

    Jab sab vunjaye tab chopped tomatoes aur salt haldi dalke axi tarah vuniye.

    Jab tomatoes vi thik se vunjaye tab pahle boiled kiya huwa gedagudiyo ko kadahi me dal lijiye.

    Fir axi tarah chaliye aur ek ubal ane se pahle chana masala dal dijiye.

    Ab seeds gravy is ready.dhaniya patta katke daliye aur khaiye khilaiye swadist byanjan.
