Ingredients

1 lbblanched pinto beans
1/2onion diced small
2 clovesgarlic minced
2 tbspclintro
2 sliceslime
6 ozsalt pork diced

Steps

Place salt pork in skillet under medium heat. When cooked put it to pot of beans.

Place beans onion and garlic in pot with enough water to cover the beans. with salt pork
3

Put 2 slices of lime and 2 tbsp of cilantro in with beans.

Enjoy my friends this turned out great
