Chapati's take me back to the nights we looked forward to mum to make chapatis then she said she was tired.
Steps

Put your flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle.

Mix 2 table spoons of oil, your salt and sugar in the water.

Pour 1/4 litre of water in the well. Stir well to form a dough that is of soft consistency. You coud add more water if the flour is not well mixed.

Let your dough rest for a while. Then divide it to smaller pieces. Flatten the smaller pieces add a little oil on them and fold them again.

Heat your pan for cooking chapati. Add your flattened chapati. Let it dry then add oil to fry it and set aside on a paper towel.

In another sufuria saute your onions. Add your tomatoes and let them cook well.

Add your potatoes and salt and stir well. Allow the potatoes to cook. Then add your cabbage let it steam then stir and set aside.
