Ingredients

1hour
  • 1whole chicken (broilers)
  • 1pilipili hoho
  • 1 tbsroyco
  • 4large sized tomatoes
  • onion
  • vegetable cooking oil
  • dania
  • chumvi

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken to pieces or parts

  2. 2

    Stir fry onions with oil then add pilipili hoho.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes then add the chicken. Stir for a few mins then add water as soup.

  4. 4

    Add chumvi and royco. After stirring add dania.

  5. 5

    Cook for 40mins. Serve with rice
