To warm water add salt and sugar and stir

Into a bowl put the flour leaving some for rolling

Add 5 tbsp of oiland water and immediately start to knead As you add water continue kneading the dough until it becomes firm and becomes abit thick

Cover the dough for 30 minutes and allow to rest

After 30 minutes start to roll the chapati. roll in a flat surface and start applying oil on top. Fold to form a rop like thing

Then take knife and start cutting into 12 to 13 equal part and make them to be round balls.

Roll the round balls in to flat dough. Heat the pan and start frying the chapati..

Put oil on top of the cooking chapati and turn

Cook both side until golde brown in both sides.

Put in a hot pot for 15 minutes and serve while hot.
