Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the onions and cut into small cublicles

  2. 2

    Cut the tomatoes into cublicles too.

  3. 3

    Mix the together to form kachumbari

  4. 4

    Add salt to reduce the bitterness

  5. 5

    Stir with a spoon to ensure the salt reaches everywhere and to reduce the bitterness of the onions

  6. 6

    Serve with ugali.
