In a large sufuria cook beef over medium heat, cook until brown and drain

In to a large pot over medium heat combine cooked beef, water, peeled potatoes, tomatoes, onions,pepper salt.

Bring to boil reduce heat the simmer.

Drain the soup and serve well as a starter.
