Fried fish is one of the common type of fish in Kenya. it is eaten by almost all communities.
Steps

Take an already prepared fish and dry it to ensure all water is removed.

Start to heat a heavy nonstick pan.
- 3
Heat in medium heat. slowly put the fish in oil for frying. Be careful the oil might pour on you due to oil mixing with water.

Fry for about 15 minutes until you see the fish turning abit golden brown.
- 5
Turn and fry the other side for the same about of minutes untill ready.
- 6
When ready allow the oil to dry by putting it on top a newspaper.

Then serve with Ugali.
