Boil water until warm. Place 1/2 flour in a bowl, peel the butternut and add in the flour.

Add the oil and mix. start adding water as you knead. stop add water when the dough starts becoming firm.

When you finish kneading place the dough on a flat surface spread alittle flour and roll the dough until almost flat

Take 4tbs cooking oil and spread on the flat dough and the curl in one long strip and use a knife to cut into equivalent pieces shape

Shape the pieces into round balls. roll the the ball to become flat round chapatis.

Place the pan on the cooker to heat as you roll.

Place the chapati on the hot pan and turn over after a minute and spread oil on top and turn over and spread oil on it too allow to cook as turn over

Keep checking to make sure the lower surface does not burn. When the chapati turning brown remove and place another one until all chapatis are ready. serve while hot
