Soak couscous in water for 30 min

Dice tarugu tattashe onion

Add to the soaked couscous with 1 of the eggs add seasoning and spices

Put in white nylon just like moimoin and cook for another 20 min

When cooked allow to cool then cut in squares

Beat the remaining 2eggs dip each square and fry in hot oil.

Your awara couscous is ready serve with cold sobo and enjoy
