Mix blueband and blueband in a bowl until it becomes fluffy

Add 1 egg at a time and the lemon rinds as you stir

Alternate adding milk and flour until you get a thick butter without lumps

Grease the baking tin with blueband and add the butter. place in oven and bake at180° for 45minutes to 1hr.

Then allow it to cool before serving
