Cut beef to small pieces. Put to boil in a salty water.

When all water has dried up add in oil and kitunguu saumu.

Fry until a sweet aroma is produced. Add in the normal onions and fry until soft.

Add the tomatoes. fry them for 2 minutes and cove the sufuria for 2 minutes.

Add in royco and mix. then add a little water for soup.

Boil for 5 minutes then serve with sweet Ugali.
