I like this snack, given that it can be eaen at any time of the day.
Steps

Cream sugar and blue band or butter.

Add in broken eggs and mix. Mix the flour with baking powder and cinnamon powder.

Add flour to the egg mixture. Then add water or milk and start kneading with your thumbs

Knead until soft dough is formed. cover and allow to rest for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes put the dough in a flat surface and roll to form a 0.5 cm thick dough.

Heat oil in a pan for frying. Heat in medium heat. Then cut the mandazi dough into small sizes.

When oil is ready, put the mandazi in the oil. Fry until golden brown.

Put in a paper towel to drain off excess oil.

Then put in a plastic dish covered well.

Serve.
