Ingredients

  • 100 gdried Kapenta
  • 1onion
  • 1big tomato
  • 4 tablespoonscooking
  • to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak your dried Kapenta in warm water for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Fry onion and tomatoes until cooked

  3. 3

    Add your dried Kapenta and fry until golden brown

  4. 4

    Add half cup water and salt

  5. 5

    For chomolia shred and toss for a few minutes then add to your meal and serve.
