Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 5medium potatoes
  2. 1small green onion
  3. parsley
  4. dill
  5. 3 tablespoonsmustard (about 45 ml)
  6. 5 tablespoonsmayonnaise (about 75 ml)
  7. lemon juice
  8. vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop the green onion into very small cubes and place it on a plate with a little vinegar.

  2. 2

    Boil the potatoes, let them cool, then cut them into cubes.

  3. 3

    Squeeze the onion to remove excess vinegar and add it to the potatoes.

  4. 4

    Add a little dill and a little parsley.

  5. 5

    Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice in a food processor, then pour the sauce over the potatoes.

  6. 6

    Stir to coat the potatoes evenly with the sauce.
