Take ghee in deep mixing bowl. Add ice cubes in it and bit it until it become foamy. Slowly start adding maida and besan and cobtinue bitting till it become double in size.

Heat oil and place steel ring at the centre. If you do not have ring use narrow and small fring pot.

Using hand pour this batter exactly inside ring. Batter shouldnt be too thick. It should in in dripping consistency. Dont turn it. Instead pour hot oil from side to get top fried.

Once it become crispy and golden take it out with delicate hand. Pour sugar syrup from top and serve it with delicious rabdi. Garnish it with dry fruits.
