Ingredients

  • 1Titus fish
  • 3 piecesunripe plantain
  • Salt
  • Onion
  • 1knorr cube

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil fish with very little water add onion,Maggi,Salt and dry pepper.

  2. 2

    Boil for 3mins bring down and place in an oven.

  3. 3

    Peel the plantain use knife and give cuts in the body but not deep.place in the oven.

  4. 4

    Turn and bring out both when is ready.
