Marinate the lamb chops with all the ingredients and let them sit for at least 1 hour.

You have two options: either grill them on a barbecue, or place them with the marinade in a baking dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil.

I personally grilled them first, then finished cooking them in the oven (the choice is yours).

They took about 30 minutes in the oven. While they're finishing, prepare plain white rice as you normally would. I like to cook mine with a bouquet garni for extra flavor. Enjoy!
