6boneless chicken thighs
2 tblolive oil
1 pkgfrozen chopped onion blend
1 pkgyellow rice color mix
2 cupslong grain rice
4 cupchicken broth
Flour

Coat chicken with flour

Brown in olive oil

Put rice in large baking pan
4

Add mixed onion,stir,add yellow seasoning

Add broth
6

Place browned chicken in pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
