  • 1kilo goat meat
  • 4goat legs
  • 4 cubemaggi
  • 4 cloveginger(blend)
  • 1small piece ginger(blend)
  • 1onion bulb(blend)
  • to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash goat meat and the leg thoroughly with salt.put in a pot add maggi,salt

  2. 2

    Place on heat add water then add onion,ginger,garlic and boil for 50 min

  3. 3

    Meat stock is ready
