Ingredients

45 minutes

3 people

1/2 kgbeef meet
2tomatoes chopped
1onion chopped
1/2 spoonfull ginger powder
1/2 spoonfull of garlic powder
to tastesalt
2spoonfull cooking oil
11/2 glasswater

Boil meat with half a glass till it dries up.

Add cooking oil and fry dry the meat for 2-3minutes

Add salt, onions, ginger, garlic and tomatoes steam till tomatoes forms the paste

Add a glass of water and boil for 5-10 minutes.

Ready to serve.
