Ingredients

  • 6boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tblolive oil
  • 1 pkgfrozen chopped onion blend
  • 1 pkgyellow rice color mix
  • 2 cupslong grain rice
  • 4 cupchicken broth
  • Flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Coat chicken with flour

  2. 2

    Brown in olive oil

  3. 3

    Put rice in large baking pan

  4. 4

    Add mixed onion,stir,add yellow seasoning

  5. 5

    Add broth

  6. 6

    Place browned chicken in pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
