As a true inhabitant of Epirus I give you this recipe and you will feel as if you are traveling to Zagorohoria, having a different kind of cheesepie.

Steps

Mix all the ingredients toghether, except the feta cheese.

When you get a well combined mix (batter) crumble half of the feta cheese into it.

Pour into a shallow oiled baking tray.

Crumble the rest of the feta cheese on top.

Pour 1/2 small wine glass of oil over the mixture.
- 6
Bake at the bottom rack for about an hour at 200°C in a radiant oven or at 180°C on the convection feature.

The oven should be preheated.
