Ingredients

3 1/2 cupChicken stock
4 cupDiced potatoes
1 cupDiced carrots
1 cupDiced celery
1/2 cupDiced broccoli
1/2 cupDiced onion
1 tbspFlour
1 tbspButter
1/2 cupHeavy cream

Steps

Combine stock and vegetables in large pot.

Melt butter, then add flour to make a paste.

Add this to the pot and simmer for an hour.

Add cream before serving.
