Remove the seeds from the peppers and wash them.

Place the feta cheese, the parsley, the oil and the bacon (if you like to use any) in a bowl and mix.

Stuff the peppers with the mixture, brush them with a little oil and place them in a pyrex baking tray that you have already brushed with butter.

Bake using the grill.
