  • 2 cupMacaroni, cooked
  • 1/2 cupea. chopped onion, green and red bell pepper, celery, grated carrot
  • 1 cupchopped broccoli
  • 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cupMayonaisse
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tspparsley
  • 1salt and pepper to taste

  1. 1

    Cook noodles. Make dressing by combining the last 7 ingredients.

  2. 2

    Mix all chopped vegetables, cooked noodles and dressing together. Let flavors mingle for a couple of hours in the fridge, then serve.
