  1. 2 cupMacaroni, cooked
  2. 1/2 cupea. chopped onion, green and red bell pepper, celery, grated carrot
  3. 1 cupchopped broccoli
  4. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  5. 3/4 cupMayonaisse
  6. 1/2 cupsour cream
  7. 2 tbspvinegar
  8. 1/2 cupsugar
  9. 1 tspparsley
  10. 1salt and pepper to taste

  1. 1

    Cook noodles. Make dressing by combining the last 7 ingredients.

  2. 2

    Mix all chopped vegetables, cooked noodles and dressing together. Let flavors mingle for a couple of hours in the fridge, then serve.
