Ingredients

3scotch fillet steaks
1 Tbshoney
1/2 Tbsolive oil
3-4garlic cloves
1 tspginger
1/2 tspparsley finely chopped
Salt and pepper
1/2 tspcracked chilli
1medium onion finely chopped

Melt honey in the microwave, mix all ingredients and into a paste

Add steak and marinate for an hour.

Grill or pan fry to your liking. Brush of excess marinade before cooking.
