Boil water in idli cooker on slow flame.

Mix all ingredients of idli in bowl except eno.

Spread little oil in idli moulds.

Mix eno in mixture.

Now add little mixture in idli moulds, then stuffing, then remaining batter.

Cook it for 10-15 minutes on medium flame.

Sauté all vegetables with little oil for 1-2 minutes.
- 8
Serve hot with green chutney.
