Ek mixing bowl me ghee,or ice cube le,fir fluffy hone tak mix karein

Fir game dhire dhire maida and water add karein or thin consistancy ka batter ready karein

Ek pan me ghee ya oil garam karein usme koi bhi round shape ka mould rakhe or spoon ki help se bichme thoda thoda batter uper se pore karein

Ghevar fry ho jaye to knife ki help se nikal le

Uper se whipped cream,color vermicelly,or badam se garnish karein
6

Aapko jyada sweet taste pasand hai to uper se sugar syrup pore karein
