Method: 1. Firstly boil carrot dices and peas till soft. 2. Take a non-stick pan or large Tawa. Put some butter/ghee on it. Add cumin seeds into butter. 3. Add onions and sauté till brown. 4. Add grated Garlic and ginger into onions. Mix it well. Cook for 2 minutes. 5. Now add diced capsicum and cook it for 1-2 minutes. 6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook it for another few minutes till tomatoes gets soft and leave oil. 7. Add boiled carrots and peas.Mix it well.

8. Add salt, turmeric, garam masala and pav bhaji masala into it. Mix it properly and cook for 1-2 minutes. 9. Slow the flame and add steamed rice into it. Mix everything properly and cook at high flame for 1-2 minutes. 10. Now Switch off the gas and fill a bowl with rice tightly and mould it on the plate. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. 11. Serve it with onion and cucumber curd and papad
