Put the maize and beans in a sufuria to boil for 3 hours using medium heat

Boil until it is all soft and easily eaten

Fry the onions until soft, add tomatoes and stir. Pour the boiled githeri to the cooking tomatoes

Stir. Then add salt and mix royco with little water then add to the githeri and stir. Cook for 10 minutes.
