Whisk egg whites till you get kind of meringue, add salt and vanilla

Meanwhile boil the honey and melt the sugar on low fire (2 different pans)

Pour hot honey on melted sugar and let boil again

Start pouring the hot honey on fluffy egg whites while whisking, be careful of hot honey at this time !

Keep whisking till it gets cold, add chopped walnuts and put it in glasses

Decorate with walnuts and enjoy it :)

Ps: you can use 75 g sugar and 75 g honey if you want it more firm and sticky
