Ingredients

  1. 2Fresh Crabs
  2. 1 Tablespoonsugar
  3. 1bowl of warm water
  4. 7 clovesgarlic
  5. 6 piecesginger
  6. 2 tablespoonsseasoned soy sauce for seafood
  7. 2 tablespoonslight soy sauce
  8. 3 tablespoonsChilli Bean Sauce (Toban Djan)
  9. 6Finger chillis
  10. 1 tablespooncorn starch
  11. 1 bunchspring onion

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the crabs under cold water

  2. 2

    Put the crab upside down on a chopping board and cut in half

  3. 3

    Chop up spring onion, chillis, garlic and prepare other ingredients

  4. 4

    Fry chillis, chilli sauce, ginger, garlic and spring onion in oil until you can smell the fragrance

  5. 5

    Put a tablespoon of potato starch and mix with the warm water. Mix the soy sauce and sugar into the water. Mix well. Stand to the side

    Add the crabs to the wok with the chilli mixture and fry together for one minute

  7. 7

    Add the bowl of water to the wok. The water should be just up to the top of the crabs

  8. 8

    Simmer for 10 minutes with a lid on the wok

  9. 9

    Add salt if you need it

  10. 10

    Serve in a bowl and enjoy
