Steps

First we peal louts stems.

Cut Thin chips and deep fry in hot oil.

Now prepare paste with tomato and onion.

Heat a wok add oil and cumin and bay leave and black pepper.

Add ginger garlic paste.saute it till golden.

Now add tomato onion paste.saute it and add all masala and salt according to taste.

Add 1 cup water.cook 15 minutes with lid.

Now add cream and fry louts stems.saute it and cook it for 10 minutes in low flame with lid.

Now add chopped coriander leaves and ghee.

Serve with Roti or Rice.
