Steps

In suitable size pot, season water and stock and bring to boil with ghee

Add rice and reduce heat to med-low

Allow to cook until rice slightly softens (aprox. 10 min) stir half way to avoid sticking.

Add milk and bring to boil then quickly reduce heat to low again
- 5
Allow to cook for another 10 to 15 min stirring every 5 min to avoid scoring the milk
- 6
Once desired consistency is achieved, take off the heat and add ghee on top

Allow to cool slightly then serve
- 8
Serve with roasted chicken and a light salad
