Recipe: Sieve besan. Heat Ghee in kadai. Then add besan and roast it at low flame. When color of besan changes to brown and the fragrance starts to come then add 2 spoons of water. The form will appear in besan. Roast besan till the form disappears. (This will make besan like market one) Once again add 1-2 spoons of water and roast till form disappears and switch off the gas. When besan gets cool then add powdered sugar, Elaichi powder and broken nuts. Mix it properly and make laddos
