First we add salt in wheat flour.Add water and make a smooth dough.put aside for rest.

Heat a pan add oil.Now add chopped garlic saute it till golden.

Add chopped onion and saute it.

Now add boiled and massed potato.

Add black pepper powder and chaat masala, kasuri methi and salt.

Add chopped coriander leaves and green chili.saute it.

After 2 minutes it is ready.

Now make balls with dough.

Stuffed masala and make paratha.

Fry all paratha on tava with ghee.

Serve with any Dip.
