Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 200 gmssplit green moong dal
  • 150 gmspowdered sugar
  • 40 gmsghee
  • 1 tspcardmom powder
  • 1 tbspedible gum (optional)
  • 1 tbspcoarsely crushed almonds

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind dal and seive it

  2. 2

    Add 1 tsp of ghee to pan

  3. 3

    Dry roast dal on slow flame

  4. 4

    Roast for atleast 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Keep aside and let it cool down completely

  6. 6

    Now whisk ghee and sugar till it becomes fluffy

  7. 7

    Add dal to whisked ghee and sugar

  8. 8

    Add almond and cardmom powder

  9. 9

    Mix and keep it in airtight container
