Fattoush recipes vary and some ingredients differ from one method to another, but the result is always a refreshing salad of colorful vegetables.

Roughly chop the lettuce, mint, cilantro, and green onion for the fattoush.

Slice the cucumbers, radishes, and white onion.
- 3
Cut the green and red bell peppers into cubes and crush the garlic cloves.
- 4
Place them in a large bowl, mix them, add salt, the rest of the ingredients, and the bread. Mix well, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish the fattoush.
