Ingredients

1 hour
2 people
  • 4eggs
  • 500 gmaize flour
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1round onion
  • 2ripe ovacado
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Place 11/2 cups of Water in a cooking pot and heat

  2. 2

    When boiled, add flour bit by bit as u stir till desired texture

  3. 3

    Remove from heat and serve as desired

  4. 4

    Place a clean pan on heat and place oil in it and heat

  5. 5

    Add chopped onion and fry till golden brown

  6. 6

    Add the chopped tomatoes in it and fry to make a paste

  7. 7

    Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add salt then add to the paste

  8. 8

    Keep stirring while on heat till the scramble are formed then serve hot beside the ugali

  9. 9

    Peel the ovacado and cut in desired shape and serve beside the ugali and eggs
