Raisin Pound Cake - Classic Fragrant and Delicious

Recipe by NCC Bu Fatmah-
Since childhood, I've loved raisins. No matter what they're made into, I still love them... especially when made into cake, my sweet childhood memories! ;)
This cake is super fragrant... the butter aroma is unmatched :p
My brother, who usually doesn't like cake, ate this cake and even asked for more... when the cake wasn't even done baking, the smell was everywhere... he seemed curious... xixixixi... eventually, he took it to his room to snack on... rare indeed...
He said, "Wow, why is this so savory? And it's dense and fragrant, so unique." (because usually his sister makes fluffy cakes like chiffon)
This cake's texture is indeed dense, not heavy though... so it's not like sponge cake or chiffon cake... this cake is perfect with a warm sweet tea in the afternoon... uhuyy...
Let's get to the recipe:)
