  1. 1 1/3 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1 tspcornstarch
  3. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  4. 1/8 tspbaking soda
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 58 gramsunsalted butter
  7. 58 gramsavocado spread
  8. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  9. 1/4 cupcastor sugar
  10. 1eggs
  11. 1 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  12. 2/3 cupdark Choc chips

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 175°F or 350 Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    In a medium mixing bowl. Add flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda. Whisk and set aside.

  3. 3

    Place butter in a microwave safe bowl. Heat until halfway melted. Pour butter into the bowl of an electric mixer. Add brown sugar, castor sugar and avocado.

  4. 4

    Mix on medium speed until well combined. Mix in egg and vanilla extract. Put speed to low and slowly add the flour mixture. Mix until fully combined.

  5. 5

    Hand stir the chocolate chips.

  6. 6

    Scoop dough out a slightly heaping of 1/2 tsp at a time. Drop onto baking paper. Which is on trays. Placing one inch apart. Shape each into a ball before placing onto tray.

  7. 7

    Bake for 6 mins. Do not over bake.

  8. 8

    Store in a air tight container.
