Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1 cupdry red kidney beans
  • 8 piecesred fresh tomatoes
  • 10 piecesred bell pepper
  • 2big purple onions
  • 2 teaspoonCajun spices
  • 1bulb of fresh garlic
  • 1big fresh Ginger
  • 1 bunchfresh spinach
  • sea salt for taste
  • halfkilo of fresh Titus fish mashed
  • 5carrots diced
  • 2big fresh sweet pepper
  • 1big head green cabbage
  • lettuce

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the red kidney beans in cold water for 30mintues

  2. 2

    Wash and blend the tomatoes red bell pepper,onions,ginger and garlic together

  3. 3

    Put plenty water in a clean pot and put on heat and put the beans

  4. 4

    Add the blended stuffs in the beans

  5. 5

    Add the Cajun spices and cook

  6. 6

    When it soften add sea salt and the Titus fish and continue cooking

  7. 7

    Wash and shred the spinach and add it when the beans is very soft

  8. 8

    Cover and cook for a minutes more

  9. 9

    On a sperate pot add the Titus fish,Cajun spice and sea salt and a little water and cook for two minutes

  10. 10

    Add the dice carrots to it and stir add the sweet pepper last

  11. 11

    Make your salad in a bowl just shred the cabbage,onions and tomatoes

  12. 12

    You can mix the salad together or you can separate the tomatoes and Onion just as in the picture above

  13. 13

    Add the shredded lettuce as well then your yummy food is ready to serve
