Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 1 poundbeet
  2. 1/2 stickbutter
  3. To tastesalt
  4. 1-1/4 cuporange juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Peel the beet

    Dice and put into an oven safe pan with butter

    Sauté for 15 minutes

    Add orange juice

    Let reduce for 12 minutes then put into oven

    Roast for 20-25 minutes
