1 poundbeet
1/2 stickbutter
To tastesalt
1-1/4 cuporange juice

Steps

Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Peel the beet
3

Dice and put into an oven safe pan with butter
4

Sauté for 15 minutes

Add orange juice
6

Let reduce for 12 minutes then put into oven
7

Roast for 20-25 minutes
8
